The Australasian Services Care Network, along with its partners and supporters, invite you to join them for Session 11 in the “Virtual International Colloquium on Military Sexual and Other Forms of Abuse”.
This Colloquium brings together a range of international thought leaders to help participants to explore the issue of Military Sexual and Other Forms of Abuse and its impact on military Service members, veterans and their immediate families across the 5 Eyes Countries. This conversation aims to shine a light on this issue and share evidence-informed responses and interventions to addressing Military Sexual and Other Forms of Abuse and support those affected.
Session Eleven is titled “Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment in the Active-Duty Army” and features a talk from Dr Sarah Meadows, a Ph.D. Senior Sociologist at the RAND Corporation, and Professor at The Pardee RAND Graduate School in Washington.
Attendees will hear from Dr Meadows on the analysis of data from the US Army sample of the 2018 Workplace and Gender Relations Survey of Active-Duty Service Members (WGRA). Providing insight into Service members' experiences of sexual assault and sexual harassment.
