Exploring the employment experiences of spouses/partners of British Armed Forces personnel
This project seeks to understand the emloyment experiences of spouses/partners of someone serving in the UK Armed Forces/ex-Service personnel. The experiences will help us identify the barriers and present potential solutions to improve employment opportunities.
Aim
Identify the challenges spouses/partners may experience when accessing employment, identify the impact of mobility and if this influences employment experiences, and determine how, if any, improvements can be made for spouses/partners gaining employment.
Method
Online survey with an invite to a one-to-one interview. Participants will additionally be invited to a focus group.
